Making sure that your device performs in an explosive environment whether it’s at sea level or at atmospheric conditions seem like a difficult proposition. We have experience in just this type of testing. Below is a device in explosion chamber. It is being turn on and off under a number of conditions to make sure that explosion do not occur as a result of arcing occurring by the device under test. After each said condition is tested , a portion of the atmosphere in the chamber is bled off and ignited in a different chamber to verify that the environment we just tested the device in was indeed explosive.
