 ng. To qualify for renewal through retesting\, a CIT shall conduct at leas
 t two IPC CIS courses to a minimum total of ten CIS candidates during thei
 r twenty-four-month certification period. These courses shall be conducted
  prior to their certification renewal testing. In order to qualify for the
